Return Policy

This return policy is for merchandise purchased directly from carolina-pets.com only and does not override any retail establishment return policy.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from Carolina Pets, please return your item(s) in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and parts, for a refund.

You have 30 days from the delivery date of your original purchase to make a return.

Return Instructions

Please call Customer Service at +1 (704) 827-9385.

You will receive return address information via email communication. Please include and use this information with the return.

Pack all items (including all accessories and manuals) securely in the original packaging and include the original packing slip as well as a copy of the original invoice or receipt.

Attach an address label as advised.

Ship the package using the shipping company authorized by Customer Service.

The cost of returning merchandise is the responsibility of the consumer. If your returned product is found to be “faulty,” the full amount will be refunded to you.

Ewbank LLC only accepts returns that have been shipped using this return process.

Refund Information:

The returned merchandise received will be inspected by our quality assessment team to ensure it meets quality standards.

We, Ewbank LLC reserve the right to deny full or partial refund for returned merchandise that appears to be used or abused in any way, including: commercial use, non-compliance of instructions from the provided instruction manual, and non-emptying of filters.

For non-faulty products: If you are over the 30 day allowance for non-faulty returns, Ewbank LLC reserves the right to not accept the return(s).

It may take up to two weeks for your refund to be issued after it has been received. The refund will only be issued to the card on file used for the original purchase.
